Started this at 7:30 am on my Vision smoker at 225. It got to 159 by 11:30 and stalled for 3 hours! At 2:30, I kicked it up to 300 and by 4:30 it was 205 and done. 2 hours wrapped in foil and a towel in the cooler and you can see the results! It melted - all 10 guests loved it! I used Rufus Teague rub this time and it has a bit of kick to it.
