I have 4 pork butts rubbed and waiting in the fridge to go on the smoker tomorrow.
Rubbed with yellow mustard and some McCormicks Grill Mates seasoning I had in the cabinets.
I plan to inject 2 of these with cherry Dr. Pepper and 2 with apple juice.
