    It's a two up some today, start with stuffed pork loin, then end with two whole chickens. Yummy! Homemade rubs, but stuffed loin copied from Myron Mixon's tenderloin recipe

    Not pork chops, pork loin. Yesterday I made a rub for the pork and chicken. Here is my 10lb pork loin sliced, stuffed with smoked sausage and rubbed down.
