Ended up having to pull it off smoker after 3 hours and internal temp of 155.... Smoker kept climbing in temp even with all dampers closed, I think the the door needs to be sealed. I have been having this problem a lot lately
Ahh ok, that is about what I do. I usually fill my chimney about 1/3 of the way and start my fire that way. But what sometimes it seems one side will burn up and the other never really ignite
I usually use about half a 20 Lbs bag....and not to sound like a total noon. But are saying you only use 10 to 12 individual coals or is that in pounds?
