    $400.00 looking for more size

    I have a gen 1 30 inch MES. I would like something bigger for brisket and turkey. I have up to $400.00 to spend But would like to reserve some money for cold smoking gear. I have only used electric smokers so far but am open to other types. Thanks for your insights.
