    Soaking wood is a NO NO

      Well I am new and wanting to learn more about this. It makes sence to me that soaked chips or wood would in deed create a better smoke flavor. The dry wood can make fast smoke but burn up alot quicker.I want smoke to last longer so I think I will start out and try to soaked wood first.  But...
