Do yourself a favor and get a digital thermometer, I had that analog MB and the thermometer on the front to super inaccurate. Great post however! Looks amazing
I'm more of a troller, than a contributer right now. I followed the many tutorials on this forum on how to roll them. Used one pound of ground turkey each, one was ground turkey sausage. Then filled, rolled, smoked and finished. Sooooooo many options.
Nice write-up, thanks for sharing! I made two turkey fatties last night. One stuffed with provolone cheese and spinach, the other with Havarti and portabello 'shrooms. Finished them off in a 400deg oven for 10minutes to crisp the bacon....PERFECT.
Bought my 30" analog June '14, used about ten times and the thermostat indicator (analog controller) stopped illuminating and the element would stay on high no matter where the dial was set. Called Masterbuild cust serv dept..they were very polite and accomodating and are sending out a new...

I saw Emeril Lagasse Slice up a bird with the "take the breast off, then slice it technique" and was "DUH!!!" that makes total sense. Sure beat slice it off the carcass one slice at a time.
