    What did you decide? I tried the smoke hollow, it was good but it wouldnt hold a pair of half sheet pans side by side so i just ordered a replacement for my mes 40.

    I like to put Jeffs rub in the cream cheese (dont mix it to much) and dust with rub when smoking. Sometimes ill rack them above a butt for basting.
