Fire box door installed and I lit a little fire! The smoke is going where it's supposed to and it has good heat coming out of it.

This is how far I got with the wood structure last weekend. Using regular premium studs for the frame and will probably use cedar for the outside.

I'm thinking that i'll try to not go over 250F in this smokehouse.. Especially in the summer of South Texas that will be a hard thing to achieve.. So i think i will be sticking with coals and wood chips or chunks.. Try not to get i too hot!
