So I did some chicken breasts yesterday. Simple store bought mojito lime marinade. Sliced them open stuffed some mozzarella in and wrapped in bacon cooked at 250 for about 90 minutes till internal temp of 155-160 here's the before and after
Sauced that cowboy rub had a great flavor it worked good and b-one yes I do want more lol but for a weekday dinner for 4 it worked nicely next time will have to be a larger one
Hey all just wanted to share my latest smoke
2.25 pounds took about 4.5 hours used an apple and whiskey chip mix (smelled great) and some store bought Mccormick cowboy rub came out tasty as hell
So I got this smoker about 2 years ago now and am doing alright with it stock what are some suggested mods I should make I would love to get more serious with this smoker
