    Using an old phone or tablet, install the SECuRET Spy Cam app. Set up your Dropbox account. I can view on my phone the pictures from any location that has data and can view previous times and temps.

    Finally got my Vasconia pot and I am stumped on the grill heights. It seems that 4" below the top lip is common. What would you install it at now that you've been using the little gem?

    Hey guys. With all of the smart guy's that we have only this forum, is there a way to have say a spreadsheet that anyone could input data, per cooker? Let's say a Boston Butt, with lbs. Smoker temperature, length of cooking, amount of heat, etc. Seems like this average would help us noobies?

    Live in Central Louisiana. I have checked for the steamers at several Walmarts and Target. Also have been checking online at both stores and are out of stock

    Ok good. Waiting on the smokey gold to come in for measuring. Picked up a cooking grill for the mini and it fits perfect in 30 gallon drum? Not sure what size yet. Would you guy's prefer extra height of the cooker? I'm thinking maybe an extra grate or maybe more clearance.

    Guys, I have been shopping and can't seem to find any 32 quart tamale steamers. Besides being out of stock, it appears that the price is getting out of hand. Has anyone thought or tried using anything besides the tamale steamer?

    How would the gold perform if I would add a bottom vent like the silver? ie:if I would want to use it as a standard grill sometimes?
