    It was 180-200 first 4 hours then 225 last two. Pecan wood meat temp of 190 before letting it rest for an hour.

    Add some chili powder and pepper flake if you want a little more heat. Rub looks legit though.

    Thank you sir, yeah they went for a little under 6 hours, it was a 7.5 pounder. pulled apart real nice, time for left over sammiches now.

    Pork butts were on sale this weekend I picked one up and started on it at 6:30pm.. The rub! A weird Mushroom salt and pepper shaker that I found at goodwill (pervert). 6 hours later... yummy yummy!  enjoy the pics fellows.

    They came out amazing, the flavor was rich an smokey infused with spices. That is Rosemary and butter stuffed in the cavity and the body was rubbed with ground mustard, pepper,  ground rosemary, smoked paprika and more butter.

    I recently traded a friend a circular saw for this Bradley smoker, it looks almost new, my dog chewed the chords off, but bought replacement ones for it. Just wondering if anybody every used one and how did it perform? It is the one with the side box with stack that feeds the hockey puck looking...
