    Another rookie from Michigan

I pulled one of those 3 a.m. the other day. What I didn't do was to add finishing sauce, wish I would have thought of that. I'm new and learning as well

    New to smoking...Two Boston Butts

Sorry for the delay, been busy.  Both butts turned ou great, my opinion and 6 others. The bark on the butt wrapped when it reach an IT of 160 was just alittle softer than the one not wrapped. Sorry for not having more photos, I will need to get better at that.  This is how I went about this...

    Master Forge

I have the master forge propane, I installed a 3/8" rope seal and used the glue that came with it (purchased at Lowes). At this point I can not tell you if the glue is going to hold, only used the smoker twice. Being new myself, thats about all the info I can give you.

    Hello from Gilbert, SC

No photos of first smoke..Sorry, I forgot. Pork came out good I thought. Corn was somewhat dry, had it in for 2 hours. My smoker is nothing fancy, something for me to learn with. Master forge propane, I added the 3/8" rope seal around both doors. I hope to smoke some snack sticks Wednesday.
