Made some chicken wings today on my WSM. Hickory wood chunks, dry rub of my own creation. Turned out a bit spicier than I expected due to the pepper flakes but it was great. Threw on a few potatoes for the duration of the smoke. 225 for about 2.5 hours.
Hi, new to the site. I am from Alberta Canada and use a WSM. I am a real BBQ enthusiast and sadly up here we don't have near as many BBQ joints. Maybe one day I will have to start one and bring some sweet tea up here too!
