    It's a good little grill but had to do a few modifications to get a proper seal on it. Not the grill I would have bought, my wife gave it to me for Father's Day last year. I'm happy with it.

    Beer can chicken kick some butt! Slow smoked back ribs, 6 hours for these bad boys. My setup for any and everything I cook, works well for me.. Thanks for reading my post.

    I had a pork butt, smoked that sucker for 6 1/2 hours. drank my share of beer, I will do a beer can chicken later this week weather permitting.. Door is always open..

    Looking for something cool to smoke this weekend, the weather here in Northern Alberta is going to be as good as it can get for January. I have weber Charcoal Kettle and wanting to try something new, beer is a must and you are all invited. Thanks for the ideas.
