I bought the 5 burne. Had it since christmas...gotta say im not happy with the quality of metal...its very thing ..the flaver bars that cover the burners burn and stain very easily (like the build up of what u cook) ive tried indirect cooking and doesnt hold heat well and not a very good char...
Look good man ..got a question.. do u add hot coals or unlit whe u refueled..i have a wsm and am using the lid to kind of slide the coals in ..just curious if u have a better way of doing it
Just picked up this brisket in sams i asked for a whole packer..butcher handed me this ..is this a flat or packer so i know how to treat it..it says flat but im not sure i havent done one yet
Quick question just bought a brisket from sams and i asked the butcher for a whole packer and he handed me this ...it says flat and is 8lbs..but was alot bigger then the other flats they handed...question is is this a whole packer and should i treat it as such or just a flat? Thanks
