    dry or wet rub

    going to smoke a few chickens today( last min idea) so what would be best wet or dry and which one? Im going to smoke around 275 then up the heat at the end to crisp the skin

    Camp Chef 24'' Smoke Vault thermometer stinks

    hi i just wanted to know if anyone has the same problem with the stock thermometer that it stinks lol if so what do you use instead?  If wired probe how did you run the cable pics would be great thanks p.s im a newbee  but enjoy learning to smoke
