    New to the site and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jarrod Birch and I'm from Bowling Green, KY. Bought a smoke hollow smoker about a year ago. Smoked a couple of butts, a pork loin and a rack of ribs. Excited to learn tips and some different recipes to try.
