Yes! Good eats all around. We have already seasoned and shrink wrapped our farm raised ribeyes for one more meal. Everything is coming together nicely. We even have our refreshments ready to go. Will probably need way more though.
We actually ate the roast♂️ I have froze them whole or sliced. Both work well. I freeze the au jus in ice cube trays so I can use only what I need the next time. Quick and easy!
Restocking the freezer. 4 Turkeys,4 Chickens,Ribeye Roast and some Wicked Baked Beans. Another great smoke and was able to surprise some friends with supper delivered to their front door. No better feeling!
I started with Bilbos and have modified it a little bit every time I smoke.
My secret ingredient though is Dorthy Lynch Dressing. I slather the butts first with this and then add the seasoning. Giving the pork an added layer of taste. Excellent!
Ten butts prepped and placed in smoker.
225 degrees for 12 hours.
Unwrapped after setting for an hour.
One pulled and only nine more to go.
Very tasty!
