Rub:
2 parts Kosher Salt
2 parts Black Pepper
2 parts Dry Mustard
2 parts Cayenne
1/4 part Garlic Powder
Applied to Yellow Mustard coated Brisket (USDA Choice). 7.6lbs

Well my smoker came last night. SmokinTex 1400.
My wife's family is from Houston/Austin. Its hard to get good Brisket
