    Forgot to mention used the leanest top sirloin i could find put froze it for bout an hour and put it on the meat slicer then sliced strips across the grain

    Thats a really good idea it looks awesome, may be a dumb question but did you cook to well done? Or any type of cure? I love deli sliced meats and never thought of doing them at home.

    Decided to cook up some beef jerky, Just did the marinade for the beef jerky did Worcester, soy, teriyaki, salt pepper garlic powder some of my bbq rub some cholula hot sauce and pineapple juice let it marinade overnight and it smells sooo good ! Going in the yoder at 160degrees will check on it...
