    I don't think sea salt will help because we were using sea salt for everything when the Dr. found the high blood pressure. Thanks anyway though Justin.

    Gary, Thanks for replying to my question about a sub. for the salt. I will look in to the Mrs. Dash products. The Dr. is wanting me to stay away from salt altogether. I don't know how I'm going to do that. All this right when I'm starting to get into more serious about  BBQing and smoking...

     I have a question or two. I went to the Dr. and found out I have high blood pressure and should not use salt. I bought a new MES in Jan. ordered Phill's Book and his rub and sauce. The rub has salt in the recipe and if I brine any meat I guess I need salt for that too. Does anyone have any...
