    I was leaning more to electric. I do not have access to 220v just 110v. So I would have to put in a new element in each oven, each of them being 1200-1500 watts. Would I need one or two PID controllers? Thanks again for all the input.

    Would like to make one smoker. The oven is at my work however they are about the same size as a regular household oven. Elements and all electrical components have been stripped out.

    Hello Folks! I recently got this dbl oven from my work. I have all the electrical components stripped out of it. The first photo is of the front of the oven. I wish I would have taken a photo of the back when i had the panel off. So that I didnt get a photo of the back I did my best a drawing...
