    Great Recipe here, Thank you. I followed it to the tee the only difference was after a little more than 3hrs my thickest piece temp went to 150 and I removed them all. They are great. The only I problem I see is that Fresh Wild Alaskan Salmon here in Upstate NY is about $10.00 a pound the amount...

    Thanks Willie that was the problem! burner looked and seemed clean, but I did what you posted however what I did was used a can of compressed air stuck the little red tube in the burner hole's and blue the tube out and now I got a nice blue flame.     Shut gas off at tank turn gas on slowly at tank then re-lite the regulators are junk and for some reason sometimes when turn on valve gas it limits flow someone posted this here before and it worked for me. Good lck
