    Yes. The skin was nice and crispy. Cook time was 3hr and 45 min for IT. Meet was still juicy. However wings were crisp throughout. Was gonna post pictures but they are on my IPhone and I haven't transferred them yet.

    Smoking my first turkey on my Smoke Vault. Brined it last night in Slaughterhouse brine. 14 lb Butterball. Temp rocking along at 325*.
