Air intakes complete (minus handles and minor grinding) and door almost done, I used 1/2" X 1" flat bar on the door to make it more rigid.
Ignore where the door says "Bottom", it was late and beers were involved.
I bought a can of the regular High Heat in flat black and a can of the Ultra in Semi-Gloss this weekend to test them. I'll report back. My guess is that the semi will be easier to clean grease off.
Definitely seems like a no-brainer that the fire grate is WAY too high and the solid ash pan is basically cutting the air-intakes in half when the door is shut.
