    I do apologise if I offended you but all of the advice tells you the reason for the "jump" is overfilling .     You may have read the instructions but you certainly didn't take much notice. After a couple of dry runs Mine is the best thing I have ever used to be honest . The best advice I can give you is listen to the great advice you will get on here.
