i finally go started on my fridge build. Thought I'd post some before and after pics of the body anyhow. I still have a ways to go but hopefully I can have it up and smoking in about a week.

I've started my fridge build...planning on using a pellet hopper and I have a few questions....
What thickness should the door skin be? For
Aluminum and or stainless?
What are the benefits of using either material?
Would 22 gauge stainless steel be too thin?

I rolled 2 today , the first one was a disaster from get go... But I. My second try well I had to in top it and go for a second round of rolling , is a chilli and beef hot dog taken from a previous post.... Here's a some pics of the better one!
Hello all, I'm new to the site and thought I would share a hot pepper in oil recipe.
My family and I love these peppers on steak, pizza, etc. and there are absolutly wonderful on a salami sandwich with good italian bread. So here goes it:
