    prime rib on fathers day

    I joined the SMF on Sunday looking for a few quick tips for my cook out. 7 pound prime rib, put a rub on it then wrapped the whole thing with bacon smoked it for 6 hours then to the oven for 30mins then wrapped in foil for 30 mins turned out really good everyone seemed to like it.
