    Just picked up my smoker last night.

    Hi all, I just picked up a Brinkmann Gourmet Electric Smoker. I'm a complete smoking rookie.  I picked up my first grill last summer, love it so much that I decided to try my hand at smoking. Trying to decide what my first smoked meat should be. Any suggestions? Thank you, Scott
