Smoked Almonds
i smoked almonds easter sunday, just put raw in pan with some butter, lightly brown them medium low heat, let cool off some,while still warm added maple sirup just a shot glass full and salted to taste, cold smoked in aluminium foil pan with the a maze n for 2.5 hours and WOW! ok i started my ecourse i see that kat you are thinking the same as i about doing a ham for easter (very cool). more about myself i have smoked maybe 30 pheasants and maybe 50 fish, i used to hunt and fish a lot, all hot smoked and never more than 2 birds or 5 fish at once, 4 turkey... -
