well guys we had an unfortunate incident here last week thankfully nobody got hurt but my propane smoker my patio set and my brand new charcoal smoker/grill were destroyed by a falling tree!!!

Ok guys its my first time doin pork butts and I know I'm guilty no q view! I foiled around 150 IT. And took it out around 165 or so I have 2 butts in there and they are both dropping in temp??? My smoker temp has stayed around 260 to 275!!! Am I doin something wrong???

Has anyone used the small char griller/ side box on another brand of grill other than a char grill? I have a master forge dually and wanted to try adding this on as a side fire box but was unsure if I would be wasting my time.
