Sorry for the newbie question but what is the kill date? Is that just the sell by day on the package or is there some other date I'm not aware of?
So WaterinHole all and all how do you think it came out in your opinion? What would you rate the cook, excellent, good, fair, just okay? Looks good, would you smoke it again or use oven next time. Just wondering about overall experience for smoking that cut of meat. Thanks for sharing

I've done both ways and love the results of both. When foiling the meat tends to be more tender IMO. But I like both, and it depends on the target audience I guess. I have freinds that love FOTB ribs so I foil and hear everytime about how they are the best ribs they ever had. Others like to have...
