    ECB + AMNPS HOT SMOKING?

    On a modified ECB, is it possible to use the AMNPS while hot smoking? I use lump and the water pan is filled with sand and covered with foil. Does anyone have any experience with this setup? The AMNPS works great in my MES30 and also for cold smoking in my ECB, but I haven't had much luck...
