Sealing my UDS lid and intakes

Yeah welding or hitting with a torch would be like ten times the amount of heat that my smoker would get to I think.

Sealing my UDS lid and intakes

I've been rocking my UDS now for a bunch of years. It's getting uncovered and prepped for the nice weather we are getting. The lid isn't sealing like it used to. I noticed it last year before I stopped using it for the winter months. My plan is to run a bead of high temp rtv in the groove of the...

Anyone on here have one of these offsets? Dyna Glow?

My buddy sent me this link this morning asking me if this was a good smoker. He's thinking about picking one up but I know nothing about them. They get good reviews from people on tractor supply's website but I wanted to ask my friends here at SMF. Thanks for any help ahead of time...

Academy is doing a little bait and switch! The flyer is for the 40" which is a great price. Then you click on "buy now" and it's a 30". I'd be on it if out was the 40". Thanks though.

Couple Masterbuilt Electric smokers are on sale for father's day on Amazon and I've been thinking about getting one but wanted options first so I don't waste money. I know they get good marks on Amazon but I wanted to get opinions from the true pros:thumbup:. Obviously there is a price...

    I'm back!

It's been a while since my last time on here posting but I had to get back into it after tonight's dinner. I made Jeff's cherry bourbon smoked pork tenderloin. I added my "pound of pleasure" mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts. What an awesome meal!

Did some baby backs last night

Even reheated, these are no joke! I have a range day at work on Wednesday and Thursday so I think I'll be doing a bunch of racks for people at work.

Latest baby back rib smoke with Q

Did you let them rest? Maybe not as long as normal? I think they look perfect though.

Did some baby backs last night

Did two racks of baby's(2-2-1) last night for dinner and they came out great once again. It was the first time using Jeff's "Texas Style" rub which is a savory rub. My wife liked the sweeter "naked" rub of Jeff's more than the Texas one. I actually like both and the Texas ones were really good...
