    It's been a while since my last time on here posting but I had to get back into it after tonight's dinner. I made Jeff's cherry bourbon smoked pork tenderloin. I added my "pound of pleasure" mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts. What an awesome meal!

    Even reheated, these are no joke! I have a range day at work on Wednesday and Thursday so I think I'll be doing a bunch of racks for people at work.
