    Turkey and ham were a great success! Ham was a little over cooked, but edible. Turkey was the best I have ever eaten. The wife doesn't like turkey and she ate quite a bit of this one.

    4 hours in and we are at 150 degrees internally. Slow smoking at 225 degrees. Adding a ham to the mix now.

    Since we bought our smoker, the wife has forgotten we have a oven. Lol! Turkey is smoking as we speak. Happy Thanksgiving!
