I got my friends hooked on my last to fattie smoking ventures..

thanks to the forum, i made these as apps before the big meal (smoked turkey!! slaughterhouse trifecta style)
did them on the weber kettle with applewood chips in a cast iron box
first one was the "demo" from the fattie sticky -- spinach and mozzarella.
second one was a creation of sauteed...
