    Greetings from a long time reader

    Long time reader.  I enjoy smoking and grilling anything from pork butt and beef to striped bass and blue fish (the ones that I catch aren't very big so they fit easily in the cookers).  Looking to get new ideas and tips to get better.  Thanks in advance for your help!
