Okay, here are the results. There is some pull back on the bone and the entire piece of meat is tender.
Used a couple of forks to pull that baby apart. I dumped the juices from the foil over the pork, It is absolutely delicious.

An idea that I read about here was to wrap the foiled butt in some old towels and put it in a cooler to rest. I had an old styrofoam cooler, so I decided to try this technique.
Here is how the butt looked after about 3.5 hours. Smells good.
Once the butt reach about 150-160 degrees internal, I wrapped it in some foil and added a little hard apple cider for some moisture.
