Unattended STL Style Ribs
I typically use a variation of the 3-2-1 method in my 40" MES. I also have the side mailbox with the amazing pellet smoker mod. I'm usually fairly happy with the results. I'm going to be doing ribs for a small group but we'll all be away from the smoker all day. Is there a method I could use... -
