    Nice job on the fridge. Finished mine this summer and love it. What size shelves do you need. I used chrome shelving from lowes they were 13x231/2 fit perfect in mine.

    No Stack is galvanized. It's 4". But i couldn't find a 4" damper so I bought a 6" damper and cut it down to fit.

    Yeh I trimmed it in stainless. When you put it on ,read the post by Dave Omak. He helped me with stringing the door. When you put the new skin on,it will have a tendency to pull the corners up a little. It will make the door seem like it is warped and wont seal right. Follow Daves advice on...

    Yeh M.  The brownie pan came with it.  I think the hole had to be 7x11 and it dropped rite in.  I looked at the one from northern tool also. I didn't want to open the door all the time to adjust the burner. With the gasser the valve is on the outside.

    Yeh, I do my pulled pork at around 225. But everything I have read on these forums say you should up the temps on the turkey to get the IT up a little faster. Hope it works for you.     It was almost 14 lbs. It took just about 7 hours.Held temp at around 250 until internal hit 168. then I pulled it and covered it for about 45 minutes  I brined it the night before for about 13 hours. Best turkey I ever ate.Could not believe how moist it was .  I will be doing a couple more...
