    anyone using the iq BBQ smoker?

    Just got this device for (one of my) Weber(s). Did smoked salmon first (two hours over a super low heat - phenomenal), then smoked some peppers (fabulous), and this weekend smoked a 12 lb. turkey (great as well, but the breast was perfect, the thigh was raw.) Any hints?
