    I've made plenty of these boiled peanuts. I buy raw peanuts at the local wal-mart. They come in a 5 lb. bag. They are dry, not moist, and I do not mess with cracking each one. Dump the whole 5 lb bag in the crockpot add water and spices, set it, and let it go. 12 hours later, I can start...

    What's on the Smoker today?...QView

    Today, I have a 7.64 pound brisket slowly smoking at roughly 235 degrees. It spent the night in the fridge, enjoying a nice dry rub. Dinner is scheduled for about 8 pm, just after my wife gets home from work.
