    Burnt ends turned out great. Cubed when butt reached 170 then smoked for about 3 more hours at 255-265 range. They came out tender.

    Memorial Weekend Smoke

    Thanks Smoking B.... Made Chef Jimmy J finishing sauce to go with pulled pork.....excellent vinegar sauce. Gave some to a friend and he said that is the best vinegar sauce he has tasted.  Said he could drink it right out of the bottle

    3 Racks of Baby Backs 2- 8# Bone in Pork Butts ABTs  - cream cheese and chives, sharp cheddar, bacon Sorry, no photos of ABTs after they came off smoker.  They got devoured.  Thanks for looking....
