the scrap yard for $20 each and had them mounted at a used tire shop for $5.00...
Brined in 1/2 cup salt and 3/4 brown sugar.
Two seasoned with seasoned salt the other two Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning
Near it of 160 time to move to the grill for some coloring.
All done and resting.

Foil with some apple juice.
Rested for a hour and ready to pull.
Pulled and Added some finishing sauce from the sticky thread which was awesome

Decided to do a pork but hot and fast at 300 Degrees. from start to finish took five hours.
Out of the Freezer to defrost.
Decided to cut in half.
Rubbed with stubs BBQ rub and ready to sit in the fridge overnight.
Smoker ready to go.
