    Seems like a trend of people doing bacon for the first time. I used made two differnt recipes. I used Pops wet brine and a Maple dry brine.     First bacon a success, but have questions... with q-view.

    lrfiv I am actually using the pops6927 brine right now. I have never done bacon before, but figured it was a good way to start. Ill let you know what i think. I also found a Maple dry rub recipe that I am using as well. The Bacon will be coming out of the Fridge and getting smoked in my smoker...

    Bacon made the easy way...

    Using this cure, and Vacum Sealing the bacon after smoking, How long do you think the bacon would last? never done this so was curious..
