    I have the same smoker and buy the same package from Sams.  I usually split them into thirds ( one third is a meal for me).  I use the top three shelves and have never had issues with having to rotate  them to different shelves. You can always re-foil and throw in the oven if one of them does...

    1st Time smoking chickens w/ Qview

    The skins crisped up very well.  The 2 birds with the wine can were very moist.  The dry rubbed one was moist but when I heated it back up it lost the moistness.  The other 2 did not lose their moisture when heating up. I will have to remember to take pics of the inside.
