    Its a hammertone 2 series I figured the issue was the wood tray not being close enough to the element but theres no adjustment. It rides on rails on the top edge so I cant really bent the whole thing down how would you bend the tray?

    Butt and ribs are wrapped, country ribs are on. Butt is holding at about 166.

    Thanks Waiting longer than intended to foil stuff as I ran out. Got foil on the way. When it gets here ill foil both then start the country ribs.

    Ribs are baby backs. Going for 3-2-1 method. But it's at 157 gong to wrap it now.

    Just got back from running the kids to their moms and the temp was around 325 right above the meat. I'm definitely not winning any awards for temp consistency lol.
