I haven't used one but I was under the impression the 20cfm was for large stick burners. Too bad they don't offer a 10cfm or something in between the 6 and the 20.

I'm looking to buy a used NanoQ controller (and a fan would be nice too if you have it).
Perhaps someone has upgraded to a nicer model and no longer needs the low end NanoQ sitting around.

Well.... it pains me to say it, but Jeff's rub recipe as it comes is too plain for me. I have the tastebuds of a dinosaur so my evaluation is not a good benchmark.

I agree with TromaRon.
My first thought while reading post was that you didn't mention washing the brine off.
I have heard that your product will be very salty if you don't rinse the brine off.
