This pork butt took 25 hours to get to 197. And it wouldn't get any higher. I was up every hour last night thinking it would hit 200 soon. It never did....and sat at 197 for a couple hours. It turned out awesome!! I have never tried to put pics in a forum and it is not what i had planned but...
Ok, well I was up all night with this butt. I woke up every hour to check the temp. It never got above 197. It sat there for a couple hours. Finally, I took it out after 25 hours! It turned out awesome!!
